ARIZONA

Some landscape photos from travel:

Woodpeckers live in cactus! They say that it is because cactus provide really great protection from heat and cold. I do wonder how they peck through with the cactus needles.

Inside of a cactus. Neat-o.M-i-c-k-e-y M-o-u-s-e! :)

Cactus balls.
Woodpecker home! See the hole at the top of the cactus? Love how the branches frame the cactus :)

An artist Chiluly (I think that's the spelling) was featured in the desert botanical gardens. He is the guy who did the ceiling work at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. You know those glass shells? (A t least that's what I had heard)There are trees too and not just cactus in Arizona. Gorgeous!

Hi Lynna! :)thanks as always for the kind words!
Second to last week of March for a seminar for work. Arizona makes me hungry for bbq ribs. So many "western" theme things seen. A fact that's neither here nor there! :)
